Camaleonda Sofa by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia

The Camaleonda Sofa was designed by the architect Mario Bellini during the early 1970s. His modular designed sofa turned out an immediate success after it being introduced in several well-established design fairs and museums.

Our example consists of 3 smaller and 2 large elements, with their matching pillows and two armrests. The whole set has been re-upholstered in a very dark blue velvet; all the metal rings, connectors and labels are present, therefore this sofa is in an exceptional condition.

Please note that the smaller elements have the C&B Italia, and the larger elements the B&B Italia labels, indicating that this sectional sofa has been expanded at some point.

 

 

Origination: Italy, 1970s / 1980s

Condition: Newly upholstered.
