Hans Wegner W2 Chairs in Teak, set of 4

A set of four dining chairs in teak with leather seating. These wonderful pieces feature solid teak frames with an organically flowing line, typical for Hans Wegner’s designs.

Restoration details:

We have replaced the foam under the original leather seating,  the leather has

been kept intact, conditioned and carefully stretched back on the chairs. Surfaces have been cleaned, but without loosing built up patina from over 50 years of use.

Origination: Denmark, 1960s. Marked by the producer, CM Madsen.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Structurally strong, replaced foam and cleaned and finished surfaces with Danish oil. Since the leather has not been replaced but reconditioned, it shows minimal signs of age.
