A very rare LC4 / B306 liege by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand.
Sigfried Giedion, Werner Max Moser and Rudolf Graber, the founders of WOBAG (later Wohnbedarf) started selling original LC4 chaise longue’s already in the 1930s, it was not much later, that Wohnbedarf AG also acquired production rights:
The LC4 produced by Wohnbedarf can therefore be considered one of the earliest licensed re-editions, far before Cassina acquired production rights.
Our Chaise Lounge is in excellent condition, with minor signs of use appropriate to age. The original skin has recently been replaced with a high quality black leather cover including the headrest.
Origination: Switzerland, 1950s.
Condition: Very good condition given age. Leather recently replaced.
