Description
Even though this chair is part of the “LC” collection in production by Cassina, the actual design of this piece was designed by Charlotte Perriand, together with the matching stool (LC8).
Perriand designed this chair for her own apartment in Paris during the 1920s, it was at a later point presented to a wider audience together with pieces from Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, and was therefore added to the LC family of furniture.
Our version originates from the 1980s, featuring a red/bordeaux leather seat and backrest. This color is no longer produced by Cassina.
