Description

Gae Aulenti, an Italian architect active during the post-war period has designed buildings, interiors, furniture and lamps during her career, many of them well-known such as the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, the Palazzo Grassi in Venice, the Pipistrello and Oracolo lamp.

In our collection we have the Mezzo Oracolo table lamp, however due to its oversized appearance it might also work as a floor lamp: We have added a photo from our showroom to give an idea of the relative size.

 

Materials: White opaline glass on top of aluminum base, the glass sphere contains an E27 bulb, the base has two smaller E14 screw-in bulbs (turned on/off separately).
Origination: Italy, 1960s.

 

Condition: Good. Glass not damaged, wiring ok. Some small marks on the metal base as pictured.
