Description
A matching pair of Uchiwa wall lamps by Ingo Maurer produced by his company Design M during the late 1970s in Germany.
The lamps are made from rice paper on a bamboo stem. Fits an E27 bulb, suitable for US voltage after changing the plug or using a travel adaptor.
Provenance: Purchased from the original owner in Switzerland, lamps will be provided with the original invoice from 1978.
Origination: Germany, 1970s.
Condition: Very good, some small signs of age and use.
