Whether it is an Eames Lounge Chair to Sydney or a Tomado Wall Rack to Bern, we can ship all our pieces to most countries, using shippers who have extensive experience dealing with art, antiques and any objects that need special care and attention. Please contact us for a customized quote.
Normal international delivery times are in between 2 – 5 weeks. Generally shipping for bulky items within the EU-zone costs EUR 200 – EUR 250, items that are abnormally heavy or large (i.e. marble tables, cast iron pieces) and require special handling such as wood crating will exceed this amount. Overseas shipments for freight items require always a customized quote.
Occasionally, delivery might take longer, depending on the shipping method. This is always agreed with the buyer on forehand. We do work together with the buyer to find the most effective shipping method. Please note shipments are always fully insured (signed-for) and carefully packed. We only ship to an actual address, not P.O. box.
Please note that deliveries are in principle until doorstep, although white-glove deliveries are available on demand.
With respect to our pricing policy, we always aim to offer a fair price, and in any case more attractive than our prices on the vintage design selling portals. However, please note that our prices are strictly non-negotiable, with the exception of items that are picked up from our showroom in La Sarraz, for which we allow a modest discount depending on the item and savings in handling and transaction fees.
Any item in our shop is considered sold at time of invoice. For larger items that need a customized shipping quote, an invoice and payment invite will be sent by email.
Currently we accept Maestro, Cash, Mastercard, VISA, Bank Transfer and Paypal.
We hold accounts in Swiss Franc (CHF), Euro (EUR). Kindly note we will not absorb any bank charges related to payment.
